Shipping policy

At SIRIUS Computers, we aim to deliver your products safely and on time across India. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. We ship through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post, depending on your location. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days for metro cities, 4–7 working days for other areas, and 5–10 working days for remote locations. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout, and free shipping may be available on selected orders above a certain value. Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can track your delivery in real time. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct, as we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information, and re-shipping charges may apply.
We take special care in packaging fragile items like laptop screens and parts; however, customers are strongly advised to record a proper unboxing video at the time of delivery. Any damage, missing item, or issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with valid proof, otherwise claims may not be accepted. Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Currently, we ship only within India.
